SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. Larger orders may be shipped from a secure facility at the sole discretion of Pieces of Eight, and in some instances your order may be divided into two shipments, and you will receive two seperate tracking #s for your order. Upon receiving your tracking #, you are responsible for monitoring the progress of your shipment and taking reciept of your packages in a timely manner. We provide insurance for free on every package. Our insurance will only be covered if the item is lost or damaged in transit. We will not be responsible if the package tracking information shows as delivered. Once the item shows that it was delivered as promised as per our tracking information, we are no longer liable for our insurance policy and it is the customer’s responsibility at that point. When we ship the items to you, if the items are damaged or lost in transit, we will accept full responsibility and pursue any claims with our insurance policy. If an item is lost in transit we reserve the right at our own discretion to reship your item or provide you with a refund. Please note that Pieces of Eight will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance cease the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. On occasion, there may be shipping delays due to weather, or extreme market conditions. We do our best to provide the best possible service to all of our customers.

Most orders are processed 1-2 business days from cleared payment, check orders will be shipped in a timely manner after check has cleared. Check clearance is between 5-10 days of check being recieved. A tracking # will be emailed to you upon shipment.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.
