Return Policy - Pieces of Eight

RETURN POLICY

Pieces of Eight does charge 10% of the total purchase price as a restocking fee on all orders that are returned. Also, when returning bullion products, the customer may be required to pay additional market loss penalties on items returns at the discretion of Pieces of Eight. If market gains were to be incurred on a refund, those gains shall remain the property of Pieces of Eight. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

At Pieces of Eight we provide all of our customers with a refund, return or exchange policy on all the items that we sell. The right is limited to seven (7) days from the date on which the customer has received the products from us. You must notify Customer Service Department at info@piecesof8.org within seven (7) business days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs. The customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the product that they are returning and the customer will assume the full cost of return shipping. Pieces of Eight may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not reasonably conform to these terms. In the case where a customer requests to exchange an item, Pieces or Eight expressly reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Pieces of Eight, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@piecesof8.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
