This has a limited mintage of 15,000 coins. This bullion silver coin, issued by the country of Samoa, pays tribute to Mr. Monopoly, also known as Rich Uncle Milburn Pennybags.
Milburn Pennybags is the mascot of the board game of Monopoly. He first appeared on Chance and Community Chest cards in 1936, but had no name until 1946.
