• Terpsichore

  The muse of dance and lyric poetry. Her name means “delight in dancing”. She is often depicted with a lyre and a crown of flowers. Terpsichore is also considered the mother of the Sirens, who would lure sailors with their songs. 
• Euterpe

  The muse of music and song. Her name means “well-pleased” or “good delight”. She is often depicted with a flute. Euterpe could take the work of her sisters and turn it into song or instrumental music
