The fourth release of the Pirates of the Caribbean™ Series is dedicated to the Queen Anne’s Revenge™ from the 2011 Disney™ hit Pirates of the Caribbean – On Stranger Tides™.

Struck by the New Zealand mint from one ounce of 99.9% silver, the motive of the coin features a shadowy image of the ship as well as a stylized depiction of its captain Edward Teach – better known as Blackbeard – holding a skull in his hand. The inscriptions “QUEEN ANNE’S REVENGE”, “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN”, “1 oz 999 Fine Silver” and the Disney™ logo and copyright are also included in the design. The reverse features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions “TWO DOLLARS,” “ELIZABETH II,” “2022” and “NIUE”.
