The coin depicts the beast in great detail featured in the dark wooded night under a full moon. With claws sharpened and teeth showing, the werewolf is shown hunting for its prey. The reverse face also features a micro-engraved lasered maple leaf, “9999” and “GG,” the initials of artist Gerald Gloade.
